The Music From the Attic program provides students at Community Music School with the opportunity to rent instruments at a reduced cost.

For Lease Agreement

Using the Music From the Attic program, students at Community Music School have the opportunity to rent instruments at a reduced cost. This rental program is designed to let the student try out an instrument they might not be able to afford, or they are reluctant to purchase until their aptitude and desire to play that instrument are determined.

Through Music From the Attic, you may lease an instrument for just $28 for the fall term. All of the instruments available are approved by our educators, and are in excellent playing condition.

Keep in mind that musical instruments are very delicate. If they are not properly cared for , they will not perform adequately. In order to protect you from the unexpected repair, Community Music School offers you the option to insure your rented instrument. This optional maintenance coverage will cost only $15, and will cover all repairs except theft and loss.

Your instrument must be returned at the conclusion of your last lesson in the fall. If your instrument is not returned by the due date, a late fee of $1 per day will be charged. You do have the option to renew the lease on the last day of the term, and thereby keep the instrument until the spring term ends.

We strive to offer your children the chance at musical success. Our rental program is designed to give your child access to the instrument of their choice for a longer period of time and at less cost to you. With fine instruments provided by Community Music School, our excellent teachers, and your support, an enriching educational opportunity awaits your child.
